"You can't have a nation wide worker shortage and claim immigrants for stealing the jobs at the same time."

Immigrants arrive here willing to do any kind of work they can get, even hauling the chicken shit out from under the cages in wheel barrels for factory farms. Do you think the US citizens really want to do that, when they won't even work in restaurants due to the insulating wages?

Why shouldn't the U.S. let immigrants do more of the work that U.S. Citizens are refusing to do? The immigrants are most certainly capable. They just can't get the proper documents. But if they could get the documents, it would qualify them for public assistance, because they wouldn't be getting paid a living wage. That's the problem. The US doesn't want anybody getting public assistance for doing essential jobs that don't pay a living wage, ESPECIALLY the immigrants.

Yet if it will help corporations make bigger profits, leadership always votes for public assistance that will help corporate employees. But not without insulting and shame the workers for needing to make ends meet, of course. Why don't people resent the CEOs and shareholders, whose corporations benefit from the public assistance that helps keep the wages low and profits high? Why play a blame the victim game?

The real reason for keeping immigrants out of the US is to prevent them from becoming citizens and voting, because immigrants tend to vote democratic. Our prisons are full of non-violent "criminals" who would vote democratic, too. It just needs to be done responsibly, respectfully, and consciously. But unfettered capitalistic greed that could care less who or what it exploits and harms needs to be curtailed. I know many rich people who care deeply about others. Some say they would be happy to pay more taxes, if it were required of them, and they know it should be.

How and why did the freedom to pursue happiness come to include a right to damage the environment and exploit other human beings, turning them into wage slaves? We have more legislation in place protecting corporations, than people. We have a Supreme Court that has ruled corporations are people. We have a congress that worships the wealthy while blaming and punishing the poor.

These people pretending to be the leaders of the country didn't prevent industry from polluting the planet. They haven't protect Taxpayers from inflation, poverty wages, medical malpractice, nor insurance scams that rip off harworking Americans and essentially kill them. It didn't stop net neutrality. And now it wants to interrogate tech executives as if it understand that they are doing.

They haven't protected anyone against pharmaceutical drug companies. They let the FDA take away perfectly good and effective home remedies that would help people manage and get rid of conditions the AMA refuses to cure because it would rather perform surgery and doctor people to death. It has forbidden people from having access to plants that expand consciousness in a political war on drugs to suppress the vote by incarceration. It has destroyed families and increased suffering by prohibiting the best pain medicine nature has ever evolved, the opiates.

It has done nothing to prevent big business from breaking unions, while allowing the police unions to protect racist cops who routinely humiliate, torture, unfairly target and kill (mainly) people of color. It has created homelessness, enabled a billionaire class to emerge, and instead of requiring them to pay their fair share of taxes, they are now beginning to pollute space for financial gain.

The elected officials aren't smart enough to govern. All they know how to do is argue with each other, restrict freedom, interfere with progress, protect the rich, grow the government, legislate for monopolies and self-righteous religious zealots who wish to control others, allowing religion to commit atrocities in the name of God or Satan. Government allows circumcision, declares war on behalf of oil companies that want the natural resources of other countries, then abandons the people in those countries who have helped the US, leaving women and children behind to be enslaved, once it has impoverished the nations it temporarily conquers.

This country is a hopeless mess. The experiment failed. We might as well play TAPS, stop deluding ourselves, and kiss freedom goodbye. It is long gone. All hope of true Democracy died with MLK and JFK. We are walking a Green Mile. Our sadistic prison guards quickly eliminate any would-be-good public servants, who dare try and protect the people as if they could, as quickly as they get elected. Lasting long in the poison environment of the congress that has been created requires corruption. And this, was Sophie's Choice.

FordIf I were in Brett Kavenaugh's shoes and I was innocent I would insist on taking a lie detector test to prove it. This is not a court of law. This is a job interview. It is permitted. I would also welcome an FBI investigation. In fact, I would insist on it because I would want the full confidence of the public and people who appointed me. The fact that he isn't insisting on taking a lie detector test and he might be using denial to get the appointment alarms me. It says that getting the job by any means is more important to him than truth and Justice. How ironic, given the nature of the job he is going for.

I would be a whole lot more comfortable with someone who said, "I was young, we were drinking and I don't remember doing that! I would like take a lie detector test. I will do it under sodium pentothal if it will help to ease the mind of the public. Because I know how important it is for the public to have confidence in my appointment, and I want the truth to be known. And if I did this and I just don't remember it because I had too much to drink, I am sorry. But I don't drink (to excess?) anymore. And I would never do anything like that again."

If a person can own it, I believe in forgiving. But I am not comfortable with putting the fate of my country in the hands of someone who isn't willing to take full personal responsibility for his actions, and he isn't willing to at least try to prove himself. This is not a court of law. He has the chance to prove himself. He needs to prove that he is interested in true justice. But he won't. He won't even welcome an FBI investigation. Denial like his is dangerous.

If he would just take a lie detector test and/or welcome an FBI investigation I would be a lot more at ease with him getting appointed. But if the only way that Pro-lifers can get Roe V Wade overturned is to appoint someone like this, who doesn't even care to prove himself, and they support his appointment, this country is in big trouble.

Because he is going to be a pawn that can be used to take this country further and further down the road to fascism. They will be using him to erode the constitution even further. They will begin to weigh this country down with rulings designed to strengthen the power of the corporate state.

The hypocrisy of appointing someone who would rather sit there and lie than own his stuff is beyond disturbing. It is alarming. He is a threat to the freedom that our forefathers fought so hard to win. Appointing someone who won't even take a lie detector test or welcome an FBI investigation sends a message to men that they can do whatever they want to women. It also sends a message to the public that there is no such thing as real justice.

If this man is appointed the rich and elite are making a clear statement that they are going to do whatever they want to us in a court of law, without regard for truth and justice, and we might as well all just get used to it.

If Kavenaugh would take a lie detector test, I would definitely want it to be conducted at a neutral site by a neutral investigator because my interest is in making sure the person who gets appointed to the SC cares more about truth and justice than saving face or pretending he is innocent to get an appointment. Because if he does that it means he is becoming the puppet of the cadre that wants him appointed.

Ford's testimony immediately becomes insignificant if Kavenaugh is willing to take a lie detector test too. If the Pro-Life people don't trust her lie detector test, and they want her to take another one at a neutral site, I am all for that too. Any person who tries to set someone up with a false testimony should be convicted of the alleged crime instead of the person who was falsely accused. If that is what Ford has done, she should be put in jail for sexual assault.

But even if the lie detector test indicates Kavenaugh sexually assaulted Ford, if he is willing to own it I wouldn't want him going to jail at this late date, unless he is at risk of continuing to do that kind of thing. His refusal to take a lie detector test or welcome an FBI investigation, and the fact that he would sit there and cry and yell at the people asking questions, is a good reason to believe that he is a very dangerous person. Indeed, accepting the appointment without insisting on proving his innocence is an assault on truth and justice.

If he gets appointed, it should be a red alert to the people of this country.Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3602393615023339832.post-72469135479121850482018-04-18T10:24:00.000-07:002018-04-18T13:49:13.315-07:00CORPORATE JOBS AND SESTA/FOSTAI dislike it when well meaning supportive friends tell me that I need to do “something else” with my life, as if I haven’t tried, or I am not willing to work at a mainstream job for a living. Indeed, I was once told that I was the hardest working person ever seen when I was trying to get ahead as a wage slave for corporate America. Working hard has never gotten me anything but more work and less money. It makes my employers think they are paying too much.

As soon as they see how hard I am willing to work they offer to put me in a salaried position with more responsibility, more hours, and less commission, so they can get a bigger bang for their buck. Meanwhile I am barely hanging on by my fingernails and running up credit card debt to buy gasoline so I can help make other people rich. No thank you to "promotions" that result in me having less time and energy to moonlight as a masseuse so I can afford to keep a lousy low paying disrespectful life consuming soul draining job that barely pays enough money to cover the rent, if it pays that much.

There is nothing I want more than to believe and discover I live in a kind loving world that is ready, willing and able to support and sustain me, so I can refuse to serve other people sexually unless I am turned on and inspired to do so. But empirical evidence has proven otherwise.

I’ve had 30 jobs in 40 years. Not one of them has ever paid me a comfortable living wage. I have a degree from the University of Texas. And corporate America expects me to work for $12 per hour. 40 hours at $12 per is barely enough to pay the rent in Austin, Texas. My student loan payment is more than I can make in a month working a $12 per hour job. How are people suppose to buy food and gasoline and get to and from work when that is all they are getting paid?

Grown up adults are sharing bedrooms, splitting rent, and living dormitory style all over this nation. People are piling up in houses like litters of animals, giving each other bed bugs, sharing a bathroom with several other people, and getting foot fungus from it. And entire culture of self-employed homeless young people is emerging. They rent shared office spaces with showers in the building and sleep in their cars because they can’t afford a place to live. Doesn't matter. They wouldn’t have any time to spend at home anyway because they work so many hours.

No wonder there is so much pressure on women to accept date rape instead of reporting it these days. People don’t have enough to purchase the privacy to masturbate alone in a room of their own.

I’ve had men offer me better jobs if I would have sex with them. I’ve had men offer to give me regular raises and promotions if I would be their girlfriend. Why would any woman prostitute herself to get an job or a promotion, and keep it, if she could make a whole lot more money by just working as a prostitute full time, instead of being a corporate wage slave. Shame and the need for a cover, so you won't get arrested for being a prostitute, I suppose.

There is nothing I want more than to believe it’s possible for me to survive and thrive in this world without having to be of service to someone sexually. But I have seen no evidence of it thus far.

A preacher once told me that God has promised to deliver those who are faithful. He encouraged me to test God. So I did. God failed. I used to own a condo downtown and a house in South Austin. I was so determined to quit being a prostitute that I sold them both and lived on my equity for two and a half years, faithfully waiting for the universe to show me some other way to survive that didn't require me to have sex in order to make ends meet. When the equity was gone I ran out of money. I was about to become homeless. So I started moonlighting as a masseuse again to keep from getting evicted.

It ought to be illegal for corporations to pay less than a comfortable living wage without providing housing, food and uniforms, so employees won’t have to prostitute themselves in order to keep a roof over their heads and feed the children. Only those who are lucky enough to have friends and family that will subsidize corporate America’s piss poor poverty level wages, by giving it's low paid depressed spiritually drained exhausted wage slave human resources free food and housing, can afford to take the abusively demeaning jobs that are created by trickle down capitalistic economics.

The rest have to prostitute themselves.

The term "work ethic" is oxymoronic. There is nothing ethical about wage slavery. It is disrespectful, degrading, humiliating, self-abusive and completely unethical. Life is meant to be enjoyed. Draining the joy out of people for profit mutates humanity into a culture with a parasitic cancer like nature that will eventually begin to consume and kill the planet unless it is exterminated. The elite solution? Cull useless eaters.

Those who with a will to live and work must prostitute themselves in miserable unsatisfying relationships in order to make ends meet. They go home after a long hard day of working for corporate America to cook, clean and serve domestic partners that have a sense of entitlement to sex simply because they happen to be in a relationship and they need someone to help pay the bills. Wage slave by day; cook, house maid, and sex slave at night. The cost of shirking your sexual duty is loss of your relationship. Then who’s going to pay the other half of the rent? "What’s the point of being in a relationship, if we aren't going to have sex?" Men will ask. There is a battle going on in the bedroom. Prostitution has always been the pressure valve. And it's cheaper than supporting a wife who doesn't want to work.

That's why the quality of sex is so horrible these days. There is precious little space for inspiration and appreciation to arise because sex is a woman’s duty, since she can. As long as women have to do it, or suffer extreme poverty and possibly die from that, men will be scratching their heads, wondering what’s missing, addictively craving something more like hungry ghosts. Couples will never know the blissful joy of intimacy inspired desire and willing wanting passion, the kind of sex that is worth waiting for. Such ecstasy is not in the game plan of those who are engaged with bull dozing, hounding, coercing, pouting, complaining, whining partners demanding to have sex whenever they want, with whomever they want it. Or else no deal.

The ironically pitiful thing about prostituting yourself for a relationship to have somebody around who is willing split the bills is that you can’t afford to get your teeth cleaned even with two salaries, until you have reached middle age. Doesn’t really matter, because there is no time to go to the dentist anyway. Life is much easier when you moonlight as a masseuse to make ends meet. But who has any energy left over for giving massages to people who are inevitably going to be hitting you up for sex, after working for corporate America all day long and coming home exhausted? By quitting your corporate job, and devoting all of your time to massage, you can make a whole lot more money. At least that was how things used to be...

But that would have been immoral, now wouldn't it? As if insensitive stock holders draining the life blood out of employees, and getting rich by starving working families is not. Who instituted the moral laws anyway? The religious authorities are working for them, not God. God is a person standing on the street corner holding up a card board sign that says, "God Bless!"

Become a masseuse and you will be hounded for sex, no matter how little you charge. And you will get bad reviews if you don’t include it for those who want it. Sooner or later your customers will wear you down. If you aren't willing to include value-added sexual favors for free, they will review you and put you out of business. Become willing, and you will start getting $100 tips. Then you will be making $160 per massage instead of a mere $60.

At least that is how things used to work before Sesta Fosta started closing down the websites that made it possible to find enough massage customers to make a comfortable living. A whole new game is emerging now. Perhaps we do need a wall to keep out people who are coming her to compete for low paying dead end wage slave jobs, since the sex slaves have been liberated.

The unconscious ignorance of calling out government to disappear venues that once made it possible for consenting adults to safely get their needs met, is a very subtle form of genocide. The unintended result is killing those who were conditioned by abuse to become sex workers. The process of elimination is survival of the fittest.

Congratulations America. It’s time for hookers to look for an NA meeting, trade a few blow jobs for some China White, and commit suicide.

Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3602393615023339832.post-16011751382943644252016-08-23T09:52:00.002-07:002016-08-23T09:52:31.685-07:00Russel Means on the US ConstitutionUnknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3602393615023339832.post-52697189867968292016-04-02T07:10:00.002-07:002016-04-02T08:09:56.504-07:00Two Lies People Must Stop Believing in Order to be Truly Free

There are two lies we must stop believing in order to be truly free:
1) It is possible for people to own chunks of the earth, and
2) We are free.

Nature created the earth. It belongs to God. The earth can shake the people off like fleas if they don't learn how to respect her and develop a synergistic relationship with her instead of a parasitic one.

Having accepted lie number one is the reason we are all slaves, and we shall remain slaves for as long as we believe that it is possible for people to own land.

The reason people have to pay money to live on the planet where they are born is because they are slaves to the concept of land ownership. Remembering the truth and returning to the management of natural resources wisely, because they do NOT belong to us, will set us free. We must reorganize society based on the truth, and we shall truly be free.

When I was at UT I took a marketing class from a very popular professor who used Discount Tire as a model for how to do good business. For years I respected them and went to them to buy new tires as needed. I have sent many of my friends there and told them what I learned at UT about how they do business. I told people how they always greet you the moment you walk in the door and make you feel important. No matter how many people are ahead of you, you don’t mind waiting because you can tell they value each person’s time and presence. I told people how quick and efficient their service is. I told people how they give sound recommendations that meet your needs adequately and appropriately. I told people how they will change a flat tire for free in order to generate good will and customer loyalty. I have bought many a tire at Discount Tire. But not any more.

Friday morning a light on my dash board told me that the air in one of my tires was low. I pulled over and sure enough there was a dry wall nail in the center of my tire causing a slow leak. Within ten miles of noticing that I had a problem a very nice gentleman offered to help me change the flat. The tire wasn’t even completely out of air yet. I then drove to Discount Tire on my funky little spare to let them fix the flat. Much to my surprise they said it couldn't be repaired and proceeded to bombard me with a high pressure sales pitch and tell me how bad all of my tires were. They recommended that I buy an entire set of new tires. They even offered to finance them and let me make payments.

First of all, I did not believe my flat tire could not be repaired and I am not going to buy a bag of beans from a liar. Second of all, my set of tires doesn't even have 28K miles on them yet. And they are Michelins. The remaining tires on my car should be good for quite a while longer, even if Discount Tire was right about the flat not being repairable. To me it made a whole lot more sense to buy a used tire with the same amount of tread as the other three. Eventually I got fed up with the high pressure sales tactics and had a stomping yelling hissy fit to make the guy back off. He kept coming after me over and over with the intention of wearing me down until I finally yelled at him. “What is it about NO that you can’t understand? I am NOT going to buy a set of new tires from you! I don't even believe the flat I brought in can't be fixed! Now give me back my tire so I can leave!” I said this in the showroom in front of the other customers and they all took note. When he finally realized that he wasn't going to get anywhere with me, he stopped hounding me and gave me my flat tire back. The intense high pressure sales tactic reminded me of the way some men bulldoze women for sex. It was disgusting.

I put my flat tire and rim back in the trunk and drove to a used tire store. I told them I had a flat and Discount Tire told me it couldn't be fixed and I'd like to have a second opinion. The used tire technician took a look at the tire and told me he could definitely fix it. I asked him if he thought it might be dangerous, and whether I could possibly have a blow out. He didn't think there was any reason for me to be concerned about that. He ran his fingers inside the tire and we both had a good look at it. Since he didn't think there was anything to worry about, I decided to drive slow and take my chances instead of buying a new used tire. I got my flat fixed for $15 and tipped him $5. On my way home I drove very slowly at first and had no problems. After driving for a few more miles I finally had the courage to go 65 MPH. Still no blow out. If I ever do have a blow out on this tire you will all be the first to know, and I will apologize to Discount Tire. But as it stands, I am inclined to think corporate greed has infiltrated their ethics and they are scamming to sell tires to people who don’t really need them.

Even if my flat tire had really been ruined and unfixable, Discount Tire could have let me make my own fully-informed legitimate decision instead of trying to cram their opinion of what I should do down my throat. They could have said there are three ways to handle a situation like that. 1) I could go buy a used tired with about the same amount of tread on it as the other three, 2) I could just buy one new tire, with a whole lot more tread on it than the other three, which could result in the need for frequent balancing and rotation, or 3) I could invest in a whole new set of tires and save myself the time and trouble of having to come back and replace the other three when they are finally worn out. But to claim that a tire cannot be fixed, and that I also need to get three more, and put high pressure on me to go into debt to buy them seems a little unethical to me.

Gone are the days when you could count on companies like Discount Tire to let you know what all your options are and make your own decision about whether saving money or time is the most important to you. Gone are the days when you can just get a flat tire fixed at a place that sells new tires. Gone are the days when customers had a choice and the right to know the truth. These days people have to fight for fairness, fight for justice, and fight to make sure the people charging money are not just scamming you. Corporate America doesn't even remember how to deal with someone who isn't a willing member of the walking talking tell me what to do zombie tribe. If you think for yourself they are shocked and offended. Even the lower echelons will resent you because their bosses will whip them for failing to respect the wishes of supply side economics.
It has now been nearly six months since Discount Tire told me the flat could not be fixed and I took it to the used tire store to get it fixed. And it is still working just fine. I have been driving daily ever since.

Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3602393615023339832.post-32148181677385632312016-03-07T08:56:00.000-08:002016-03-07T08:56:59.851-08:00Regarding Reverend Mystic Mother Tracy Elise

I am very sad that Tracy Elise has been convicted of prostitution and racketeering. It seems rather odd to me that society will allow orthodox Jewish parents to give permission for Hasidic Moyle's to suck the penises of their new born baby boys during a circumcision ritual, and adult pagans are not allowed to accept donations for sharing their bodies intimately. Whose body is it anyway? Does it really belong to the jury and the government? Something is not right about that.

It also seems odd to me that secret societies worshipping satan can gather in the woods to worship and conduct sacrificial blood rituals, but grown women do not have the right to willingly have sex with someone for a price. It is even more strange that men can hire dominatrixes to whip them, torture them, and even draw blood. All of that is perfectly legal. But if I teach someone how to be a better lover and allow him to practice what he has learned on me and give him constructive feed back, I have to limit how far he can go with me, or I am at risk of getting arrested. I am absolutely certain that is why the divorce rate is so high.

I find it extremely disheartening that a jury would choose to impose topsy turvy unconstitutional moral laws on a person who has done no harm, regardless of how unconventional her religious practices are. Was there a victim in this case? Who is the government trying to protect when they make an arrest like this? Who is the jury protecting? What harm has been done? Did any of these questions come up in the trial?

How odd to live in a world where men can see each other from a distance in XXX book stores, go into little booths the size of outhouses, stick their dicks in glory holes, and suck each other off for as long as they keep putting quarters in the machine to keep the videos playing. How sad that grown men and women can be arrested for showing compassion toward one other sexually if any money exchanges hands. Is there any wonder why unusual sexual practices are flourishing in this country while normalcy is going by the wayside?

The laws against prostitution are without a doubt unconstitutionally vague, broad, and over-reaching. They violate the right to pursue happiness that is guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America. What two consenting adults do behind closed doors in private, which harms nobody, is none of the government's business. It seems to me the legality of making such an arrest should have been challenged on constitutional grounds.

With regard to the question of whether it was a church or a brothel, sexuality and spirituality have always been intimately entwined by virtue of the concept of holy matrimony. That sex is a sacred act is an inherent truth that cannot be denied. The jury has denied this truth. Claiming religious exemption from paying taxes on money earned by accepting donations for intimacy services could mean the difference between probation and a prison sentence for Tracy Elise. I wonder if Hasidic Rabbi's allow the family to make a donation to the temple after performing a brit milah?

The photos of Reverend Elise's establishment appear to be relatively discrete. She did not have XXX painted on the side of the building. I hope she appeals the case, and she is released from jail on appeal. A higher court needs to resolve some of the constitutional issues this case raises. But I am sure she would have to rely on logic instead of ritual to get that far. She would also have much better luck getting a favorable ruling on constitutional grounds if she had paid taxes instead of claiming a religious exemption, regardless of how sincere her religious beliefs are.

If Tracy were to appeal and lose, it would be a strangely ironic twist of fate if she were then to receive probation and be released on the condition that she pay her taxes and court fees. She would, of course, have to commit prostitution in order to earn that kind of money. Much stranger things are going on in this world. Arresting consenting adults for having sex and accepting donations is one of them. If only she could seek political asylum in a country where religion and politics do not conspire to undermine personal liberties. If only there was one. Of course fantasies of a more just outcome are less powerful than the prayers this woman needs.

A favorable ruling in a case like this would have far-reaching implications that are unimaginable. Every escort service in the nation would file for non-profit status, become a church, and start requiring the ladies to show up on Sunday mornings to pray. Customers would be invited to sing in the choir. Many of them would probably be praying to Satan and the demons tattooed on the pimp's bodies.

To win a case like this, the issue would have to be extremely narrow and clearly defined. There is a huge gap that will have to be bridged for prostitution to be decriminalized. On one hand, I wouldn't want to see ladies in lingerie standing on the street corners holding up signs that say, "Get your Blow Jobs here for $50!" On the other hand, forbidding anyone from using their own body to earn a living discretely behind closed doors in private seems like a human rights violation to me.

It would be nice if society would begin to assume more responsibility by relying less on written rules and regulations, and start to utilize committees instead of sending in government gangs to harass and punish questionable activities. If a panel made up of experts in the field, members of the community affected, professional colleagues and peers cannot come forward and clearly identify the victim and/or potential future victims in any alleged crime, then perhaps there was no crime actually committed and it is just a matter of attempted social engineering.

To make an example of someone for not paying taxes when the person clearly honestly believes they do not owe any, instead of providing the opportunity to pay is cruel and unusual punishment in my humble opinion. And it will cost the taxpayers money to support a woman who has done no harm instead of putting money in the government's coffers. There has to be a better way. \

Do you have an old sick relative that you hate? Take them to the hospital and let them torture the person to death. But if someone you love is sick, do not leave them there unattended. I just sent this letter by certified mail to the hospital that was torturing my Aunt over the holidays. Perhaps some of you will join me in letting hospitals everywhere know that people have had enough of their cruel and heartless shenanigans. Feel free to copy and paste and send this letter anywhere:

Dear Hospital,

A frail and elderly relative of mine had the unfortunate experience of checking into your hospital recently. My relative was weak, dizzy, in a whole lot of pain, and recovering from a very serious condition that required more than one surgery. There was a ten-inch weeping scar on my relative’s body that still had stitches in it needing to be removed. The admitting doctor told my relative there was nothing was wrong, and that hospitals are not hotels. My relative was so humiliated by the experience, no sleep was gotten the first night.

What are you people trying to do, get rid of old people by embarrassing them to death? How dare you? If it wasn’t beyond obvious to your facility that my relative was in need of gentle and tender care, rather than emotional abuse, then your doctors are incompetent and you people need to be put out of business.

Not only did the admitting doctor emotionally abuse and humiliate my relative, but your nurses were required by virtue of the bean counter rules, regulations, and red tape rigamarole to with-hold my relative’s pain medication, which had been previously prescribed by the primary care physician, who was not yet aware that my relative had been admitted to the hospital. Instead of making sure my relative’s pain was under control, your nurses were instructed to then administer blood pressure medication, which might not have even been needed, if the hospital was responsible enough to manage pain instead of requiring people to suffer needlessly.

I was at the hospital with my relative, who couldn’t even get up and go to the bathroom alone without assistance, and I provided restroom assistance at least 12 times between the hours of 2 pm and 9 pm. I finally got tired of watching unnecessary suffering and drove to my relative’s house to get the pain medication that another doctor had prescribed and brought it to the hospital. Finally some rest could be attained, I had hoped. We were both exhausted and needed it. But the nurses and aids were then instructed to come into the room every hour on the hour, turn on the lights, and wake my relative up for lab tests, blood draws, and blood pressure checks. So no sleep was gotten the second night either. Why isn’t that kind of thing being done during the day, along with some assistance going to the bathroom? Why are you people waking patients up every hour all night long to prod and probe them when they are exhausted from being neglected and in pain all day, and they need all the rest they can get?

I am not telling you who I am talking about because my relative is afraid of what might happen if it ever becomes necessary to check into your facility again. It doesn’t really matter who, because I am sure the same thing is happening to a whole lot of other people too. I am just writing to let you know that I intend to hire a lawyer and bring a malpractice suit against the administration of this hospital and all of it’s doctors if it ever happens to anyone I love again. Don’t go blaming the nurses for this either. They are just obeying rules. This is about accounting practices that get in the way of compassionate health care. It is happening in hospitals everywhere and it need to be stop. I intend to do what I can to stop it with a class-action suit if that is possible.

It appears the hospitals that employ AMA trained doctors are nothing more than psychopathic torture chambers intent upon ratcheting up people’s suffering to insure they die more quickly, or beg to get out and go home. If that is not true, the policies need to change so people can get good health care, instead of emotional abuse, physical neglect, and increased suffering.

Sincerely,
She had cataract surgery a while back and doesn't even need glasses any more. She says she can see as good, or better now, than she did when she was a lot younger. It was time for her get her driver's license renewed, but she had trouble seeing the horizontal line. The driver's license office took her money, but told her she would have to go see a particular eye doctor before they would renew her license. It was not the doctor who did her cataract surgery and she did not like that, but she went.

They proceeded to do a whole bunch of tests. She said they were doing all kinds of things to her and taking pictures and she wasn't sure what they were up to. But she eventually got tired of being examined and told them she didn't want them taking any more pictures of her eyes. They told her she needed to buy some glasses. She told them she didn't believe it because she can see the roads signs perfectly. And if it was true, she would prefer to get them from the doctor who did her cataract surgery.

They gave her a piece of paper to show the Driver's License office she had been there. When she went back to the DL office, they gave her a drivers license without make her buy any glasses, and didn't even have to look in the machine again. This seems rather strange. Meanwhile~

I have been getting a message on my phone saying that I need more storage to back up my telephone. I do not care to back up my telephone, and did not believe that I needed more storage, but I did not know how to get the message to stop and it was pestering me so often I went to the ATT store and asked how to turn it off. I was told that I would have to turn off ICloud or purchase more storage from ITunes for $.99 per month. So I signed up for more storage.

The next day I got another message saying I needed to buy storage. So I upgraded to $2.99 per month. I now have 199 GBs of unused storage and I am still getting those annoying messages telling me that I need more storage. So I went back to the ATT store and told them what was happening, and they turned off ICloud, which means the storage I have purchased is irrelevant.

I told ATT I would like to cancel my storage service and stop paying for irrelevant unusable storage service from ITunes. They said I would have to contact Apple. When I contacted Apple, I got a message saying that my telephone does not qualify for support and I will have to pay $29 to discuss the issue with them.

I am extremely upset, disgusted, and annoyed that I gave my credit card number to ITunes and purchased storage that I did not want or need, and will never use, in order to make the message to stop, and it did not stop. I am not a person who normally buys into conspiracy stories. But sometimes the unfolding of events lends itself as support to conspiracy theories. And this appears to be a corporate scam to trick stupid people into paying a monthly fee for something they do not need or want by pestering them with a multitude of unwanted messages telling them they need storage, when they do not. I believe a class action law suit could be filed if the situation is not resolved in a timely manner.

So I am sending ATT a letter to that effect and requesting that they terminate my monthly service with ITunes, refund the money I have spent on it, and consider the letter an invoice. I am billing them $100 per hour for the time I have spent rendering administrative assistance to help them correct their mistake corrected. They may never pay, but I will have their attention when they get my certified letter.Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3602393615023339832.post-30199857301456977142015-08-08T02:03:00.002-07:002015-08-08T02:03:39.883-07:00The Government is UnsustainableUnknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3602393615023339832.post-40957501781853846122015-08-06T15:50:00.001-07:002015-08-06T15:50:44.169-07:00Letter to Governor Abbot

Dear Governor Abbot:

The day before yesterday I went online to change the address on my driver’s license and got a message saying that I needed to update my browser first. That surprised me because I always update my software just as soon as I am informed that a software update is available. None the less, I checked for a new software update. Just as I thought, I already had the latest version and no software update was available. So I went back to the DPS website and tried again to change my address, to no avail. I continued getting the same message telling me I need to update my browser.

Day two of attempting to update the address on my driver’s license, I got in my car and drove to the driver’s license office on North Lamar. It was closed. There was a sign on the door saying the office would re-open in ten days, and everybody should go to a temporary office until then. I got back in my car, drove to the temporary office, went in, and explained that I needed to change the address on my driver’s license. She told me to do it online. I explained that I couldn’t. She said they cannot change addresses at the temporary office, and I would have to go elsewhere. I got back in my car and drove to Cedar Park. They said they could not change the address for me unless I waited in line and had my picture made again, even though my license is not expired nor due to expire any time soon. My hair was a mess. I did not wish to wait in that long line for an undetermined amount of time, have my picture made again, and buy a whole new drivers license, and battle the rush hour traffic to get home, when all I needed was to update the address. So I gave up for the day and went home.

On day three of attempting to change the address on my driver’s license, I got up early in the morning, styled my hair, and battled the morning rush hour traffic in hopes of beating the crowd so I wouldn’t have to wait in line for so long. When I arrived they told me the system was down. I ran an errand, came back, waited in line, had my picture made, and got a new driver’s license. It took me three days to change the address on my driver’s license. This is beyond ridiculous. It is obnoxious and disgusting.

As much money as the government takes from people for licenses, taxes, registrations, and traffic fines, it ought to be able to hire a good webmaster to keep it’s website in working order. And they ought to be able to simply change your address if you go in person, instead of making you wait in line and have your picture taken. How are people going to find the time to work and pay taxes if it takes three days of dealing with inefficient government bureaucracy to change the address on their driver’s license? Is that why the state of texas has resorted to policing for profits instead of protections via high way robbery? If the government can’t do any better, it needs to shut down.

I still remember how shocked and dismayed I was at how long it took me to get my first driver’s license 40 years ago. And it has just gotten worse. This is unacceptable. It is beyond unacceptable. It is ridiculous, rude, inconsiderate and obnoxious. If it takes any longer than five minutes to wait in line and renew your driver’s license, the government has no business requiring people to buy one. It is amazing to me that we the people have put up with this for so long. And I have had enough. This needs to be fixed.

If the information I found online is correct, the department of public safety has a director and two deputy directors. All of them are men. If those three men cannot get the department running more efficiently, I suggest you fire them all and hire a woman. And I think they should give back some of the money they have already been getting paid if they would like to keep their jobs and try. The department is unsustainable as it is. It has to be changed. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

The amount of time people have to spend waiting in line to get a driver's license is rude, inconsiderate, inappropriate and unacceptable. As much money as the government is taking from people for licenses, registrations, taxes, fees, and fines, it should be able to operate efficiently. If not, we the people have no business trusting them with our money. If it takes longer than five minutes to renew a drivers license, the government should not be requiring people to buy one. The first time I got a drivers license 40 years ago there were long lines and the wait was atrocious. It has just gotten worse. It is amazing to me that the people have put up with this for so long. I have had enough. How are we supposed to find time to work and pay our taxes with all of the rigamarole government bureaucracies require us to go through in order to remain in compliance? It is beyond ridiculous. It is unacceptable.

I am also tired of seeing cops parked all up and down the highways like hornets waiting to sting people. I saw them all over town today when I was trying to comply. Policing for profit instead of for protection is an unethical opportunistic practice. That policy needs to be changed too. It is time for the government to stop it’s highway robbery. The rest of this letter has to do with government in general. It is not about the Texas Department of Public Safety. My experience with them today is just what tipped the scale and motivated me to take some long over due action.

The government is all about encouraging people to recycle. It loves making people feel guilty because they are using up the earth’s resources. But the military industrial complex is creating more pollution by making war than all of the people on this planet are creating together. How dare the government try to control individual behavior in the name of sustainability? What the government is doing is the most unsustainable activity of all. We the people are not responsible for contaminating the water supply with Flouride. The government creates agencies like FDA to work with companies like Monsanto, which is contaminating the food we eat with poison and mutating our fruits and vegetables into strangeness that doesn’t even taste right. Watermelons leave a nasty after taste on your tongue that is reminiscent of a dead goat. Tomato skins can barely be cut because the DNA has been spliced with spider web genes or worse. An organic apple costs $2.50. One that has been sprayed with a shiny substance that gives people a sick headache costs $.50. How are people supposed to trust the government to protect them when it is subsidizing big businesses that could care less about the health and well being of anyone and all it is interested in is making money? How can people respect a government that is making laws at the request of corporations that want to force people into buying food that is unhealthy for them. Why is the government restricting access to healthier and more efficient alternatives? Power running amuck and bull dozing the populace is insanity. It must stop. It is unsustainable.

The United States is supposed to be the land of the free and the home of the brave. But we have a larger percentage of our population in jail than any other country. What kind of a sick pull the wool practical joke is this to make money? And what percentage of the people in jail have even harmed anyone? The government is convicting people for non-violent crimes. How dare they? This country is supposed to be a Constitutional Republic that guarantees freedom and individual liberty. What has happened to Due Process of Law? Habeas Corpus? Miranda? According to our constitution, without a victim, there is no crime. And the jails are crowded with people who have done no harm to anyone. How dare government opportunistically exploit laws that were crafted and intended to protect people in order to make money? How dare it feed on a supposedly free society, and grow itself until it has mutated into a cancerous parasite? How dare it use restrictions and regulations as an alternative form of taxation?

Taxpayers are straining to make ends meet. They are over worked and under paid. There are so many obstacles and regulations and fines and taxes and fees that hard working people who need a day off can’t even rest and rejuvenate. They have to spend their free time struggling to give more of their hard earned money to an inefficient greedy government in attempt to be in compliance and avoid getting convicted. It is a pitiful state of affairs when the people in jail, who shouldn’t even be in jail, have time to play a game of cards, and those on the outside have to spend their free time in the futile pursuit of running around like hamsters on wheels attempting to give the government money in order to avoid getting arrested, when the government isn’t even responsible enough to wisely spend the money it is robbing from people, and hire a good webmaster to keep it’s website running properly. If this continues there will eventually be more people in jail than out of it. And those on the inside will have a higher quality of life than those on the outside. The government is unsustainable. And it has to change.

How dare any government make laws forcing people to vaccinate children with medicines that cause deafness and autism in order to put them in public schools, and prohibit medicinal herbs that have been used traditionally to heal people for hundreds, if not thousands, of years? How dare the government plan and build communities that look like mini-prisons, and herd-drive them into living like swarms and droves of hives completely away from nature where they cannot possibly thrive because it is unnatural? What is the point of all this? To work everybody to death and then dispose of them? I am disgusted with what is going on. This is unsustainable. And it needs to change.

In fact, I was the first one they let go. Not sure why the defendant did not want me to serve. But I think he made a mistake by letting me go. He was a hispanic man who looked like he had been in a few fights. But he was also very intelligent and dressed professionally. He asked the potential jurors if any of them owned a gun or had a concealed gun permit. Had he known how pro-guns I am, he probably would have wanted me on that jury. But I was dismissed. As much as I wanted to serve, the universe rewarded me with an emotional release.
Now I know what you are all thinking, but I did not ball like a baby when the judge told me I was dismissed. The emotional release occurred because of a funeral procession that I encountered on my way home. I immediately pulled over and stopped when I saw the police escort coming in my direction followed by many vehicles with their lights on. Behind the police drove a team of Harley Davidson’s, all proudly waving the Old Gory and Lone Star Flag. They were big ones. The sight of it caused the hair on my head to stand up and tingles of energy to flow down my arms and back. I am even getting a little bit of a rush writing about it now.
Following the Harley Davidsons were many many cars. It may have been the longest funeral procession I have ever seen. I teared up, put my hand out the window, and began to wave as soon as I saw the American Flags. Some of them saw me and waved back. Several cars pulled over and stopped when I did, but most just slowed down and went on their way. As I saw there waving with a lump in my throat listening to The Message, a nice Japanese man with law abiding intentions pulled up next to me and said something. But I couldn’t hear him because of the road noise and radio. So I got out of my car, stuck my head in his, and asked him what was up. He wanted to know if he was supposed to stop. He didn’t understand our culture. Some people were going and some were stopping. He didn’t want to get a ticket. I told him that you are supposed to stop when you see a funeral, but some people don’t. By then the cars driving by no longer had their lights on, so I told him it was okay to keep going and got back in my car.

As I proceeded down the highway, sadness suddenly overwhelmed me. Just as I began blubbering like a baby another team of Harleys with headlights appeared in the road heading my direction. It seemed unusual that they were lagging so far behind. A couple of more miles further down the road I encountered a motorcycle wreck. The driver was sitting up on the side of the road surrounded by EMS and Firemen. He seemed to be okay. But the entire north bound lane was blocked with fire trucks and EMS vehicles. There was a long line of cars waiting for the road to clear. Something told me that lagging tail en entourage of hogs must have been delayed became they stopped to help a fellow biker. But that is just conjecture, or the manifestation of an over active mind and a waste of time if you are hold emptiness supreme. Oh no not I.

I then began to ponder why the funeral procession had made such a major impact on me. My mind immediately went to the American Flags and the men waving them. They were Bikers. Hawg drivers. Patriots. Hells Angels. Outlaws. And I was inspired one more time to try to get my point across about Political Action Committees. Because I believe we could have gotten marijuana legalized long before the juries started nullifying the law in Colorado, if people understood PACS the way I do.

Does anybody reading this blog play poker? Do you mind having to ante up in order to get in the game? Do you consider it bribery? Or the price of admission?

PACs are how “We the People” ante up to get in the game so our issues can be heard and respected equally to everybody else who has an agenda, namely the business community. If we refuse to use PACs, jury nullification is the only option we have to keep the fascists from swallowing us whole, until they get so fat they will pop if they swallow any more. And there is a concentrated effort on the part of the judges, who are working for big businessmen, because that is who is getting them elected, to prevent jurors from knowing they have a duty to nullify laws that should not be on the books. So it is a very slow long slow miserable process of turning things around by using the judicial branch of government, as we have seen with 100 years of marijuana prohibition. But eventually people had enough. And finally now the people of 23 states have regained access to the medicine God put on this planet to elevate human consciousness, cure cancer, depression and many other debilitating diseases.

It is only because we the people, who are free to study the rules, and learn how to play the game, and beat them at their own game, have refused to do so, that this nation has devolved into a state of fascist slavery. Those who understand the process and participate in governance, view themselves as shepherds in charge of a flock that simply has no interest in assuming responsibility for self governance, or is incapable of doing so.

Those who understand the key to genuine freedom know that prevention is more effective than protest. In taking rightful action, you become truly free.

In order to establish and sustain a more perfect union, a system of checks and balances was instituted to insure respect for both the rights of an individual and the collective good. The degree of civic responsibility required for such a system to function optimally was never exercised, due to insufficient effective education with regard to the legislative process. When sufficient knowledge is combined with a sense of duty, responsible preventive action will be recognized as a much more effective means of keeping wrong actions in check, than protesting the injustices that have accumulated because of complacency and inaction. Until then, it is important to continue protesting injustices until harmful practices are corrected.

The intention of this website is to empower people to end wage slavery by teaching them how to relinquish the status. It is only "We the People" who can assume civic responsibility and give elected officials the guidance and support they need to make wise decisions that are good for the US. When corporate power and executive special interests are balanced by ordinary citizenship participation in the traditionally respected power to influence manner, the arrows of direction will point the way for change to be recognized, implemented and acknowledged. 100% grassroots demand for initiative and referendums legislation won't correct injustices as quickly and efficiently as our populace initiating consultations with elected officials, to provide the guidance need and instruction they need, in sculpting the kind of society we envision for ourselves. Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3602393615023339832.post-3963726206054543542012-12-12T12:12:00.000-08:002014-01-26T12:48:35.729-08:00What is up with this blog? Restoration of the constitutional republic via the assumption of civic responsibilities on behalf of "We the People" (WtP) is simply a matter of using the system in place to initiate change, instead of judging and condemning it. Political Action Committees are tools that can be used to sculpt a new society reflecting values that are consistent with current human ideals. The act of balancing freedom and responsibility, compassion and self-discipline, happiness and prosperity, peace and restoration, fairness and competition is a challenge that can easily be met by offering support and advice to those elected to operate the system we have in place. When people with a sense of purpose and passion form political action committees, raise money, and begin consulting with politicians in the traditionally respected manner, on behalf of positive change for the betterment of this nation and all of society, significant changes will begin to emerge quickly and responsively. If only every citizen of the United States in America contributed $1 to support a good cause, the money raised would not only get the attention of the legislative branch, it would reflect a new era personal responsibility on behalf of ordinary citizenship. When people refrain from making the leap from fair compensation in exchange for consultation bribery, the voices calling for war will no longer speak louder than those with ethical considerations preventing respect for the wisdom of charging for a consultation. When the people finally decide to lead, the leaders will be eagerly waiting and willing follow. The elimination of internal revenue terrorization, legislation that is designed to protect stupid people from themselves, unconstitutionally vague, unconstitutionally vague, broad and over reaching moral law, senseless fines for harmless actions, and victimless crime could all be eliminated by Political Action Committee. It is time for US (WtP) to take responsibility and govern the elected officials.
